By creating an account, connecting to any WavePass-enabled Wi-Fi, or purchasing a pass (online or cash), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

All pass prices, durations and data caps are configured by the venue and shown before payment. WavePass is built and owned by Nexa Digital Nexus Point (techwithnexa.com) — venues act as authorized resellers, not platform owners.

Online payments settle via the venue's Dedicated Virtual Account under the single Nexa Paystack key. Cash passes are non-refundable once the code is generated or redeemed. Metered time starts on first login and runs continuously. For failed activations, contact the venue within 30 minutes for a reissue.

No hacking, spamming, torrenting that harms shared bandwidth, or reselling beyond your pass. Each plan lists simultaneous devices (default 1) and optional GB cap/Mbps throttle — exceeding the cap pauses access until renewal. Venues may auto-block abusive MACs.

We target 99.9% portal availability with self-healing reconciliation, but do not guarantee ISP speed, power, or force-majeure uptime. Upstream failures do not entitle refunds beyond venue discretion.

8-char codes (WP-XXXX-XXXX) are single-use, bound on redemption to the first device MAC/IP. Unredeemed vouchers expire in 7 days. Expired/REVOKED/CONSUMED codes are rejected on RouterOS HotSpot — keep your receipt.

We may suspend sessions for violation, fraud, or abuse, with notice where feasible. Venue owners may locally disconnect devices from the Active Devices screen.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the active pass. We are not liable for indirect loss or third-party content.

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice in-app and on /terms. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Paid passes are price-locked at purchase.
